Refund policy

• Refunds are only processed when we are unable to fulfill the order, or if the order will arrive 5 days later than promised.  Otherwise, All sales are final

 

• Returns are only processed if hair is not used and approved by The Ma'Kani Hair Factory. 

 

• Refunds are processed 5-7 business days after approval

 

• Returns and refunds will not be processed for misuse of products, improper installation, or any stolen packages 

 

• The Ma'Kani Hair Factory is not liable for any lost or damaged packages, Once an order has been sent out, we are no longer liable for it's status.
