Refund and Returns Policy

• Refunds are only issued if The Ma'Kani Hair Factory is unable to fulfill an order or if the order is delivered more than 5 days past the promised date.
• Returns and refunds will only be processed for unused hair products and must receive prior approval from The Ma'Kani Hair Factory.
• Returns or refunds will not be granted in cases of product misuse, improper installation, or for stolen, lost, or tampered packages.
• The Ma'Kani Hair Factory is not responsible for damages or losses incurred during shipping. Responsibility transfers to the customer once the order has been shipped.

Dispute Policy

• Filing a fraudulent dispute against The Ma'Kani Hair Factory may result in a permanent ban from purchasing with us.
• We reserve the right to pursue resolution through small claims or civil court when fraudulent disputes are filed.

• All orders—whether shipped, delivered, or picked up—will receive text message confirmation.
